Great Protein Shake-Yummy-Healthy!

Okay, since the beginning of the year I have been trying to live a "Dr. OZ" life. Actually following many of the things he recommends for a healthy life. He recommends eating yogurt daily...I don't like yogurt. So I put it in a protein shake in the morning for breakfast-delicious! I add berries, and flax seed, all Dr. Oz recommendations. It is yummy and a great way to start the day. If your interested (I make this in my bullet blender). 1/2 cup ice 1/2 cup water 1 berry yoplait light 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries 1 emergen-C packet (raspberry flavor) 1/2 scoop protein powder (I use spirotein/strawberry flavor) 1 tbs. flax-seed 1/2 tsp. bone meal (powder/for calcium) This totals only 210 calories! If you add juice or a banana you have to adjust the calories. I find that the flavored emergen-C is only 25 calories and adds the flavor of juice, juice can be up to 200 calories! Enjoy!
